Privacy Policy

This notice describes information handled through forgesys.ai, go.forgesys.ai, and the Forge application, booking, and messaging services. “Forge,” “we,” and “us” refer to Forge AI System, known publicly as The Forge and operated by Harsh Patel. For privacy questions or requests, contact harsh@forgesys.ai.

Information collected and why

• Contact information: name, email, phone number, and business website. We use this to respond, identify your application, schedule calls, and communicate about your inquiry.
• Business and application information: role, revenue range, readiness, investment preference, and information you choose to share about your business. We use this to assess fit, prepare for a conversation, and recommend relevant services or the community.
• Scheduling and communication records: appointment time, timezone, meeting details, application answers, and messages. We use these to manage bookings, changes, cancellations, follow-ups, and our customer relationship records.
• Website activity and device information: pages, referring site, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, browser/device information, and network information such as IP address. Our hosting, measurement, and advertising providers may process these to deliver the site, understand visits and conversions, measure campaigns, and protect services.
• Video interactions: video playback and engagement information may be processed by Wistia and our site measurement tools.

Information comes from you, your browser or device, service providers involved in your booking, and the public business website you provide. Do not submit passwords, customer records, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive documents through the application.

Providers and disclosures

Depending on the page, our forms, calendars, chat, customer records, and messaging use HighLevel / LeadConnector and their delivery providers, or iClosed for forms and scheduling, connected calendar and meeting services for appointments, and Forge's customer relationship system backed by Supabase. Vercel hosts the site and provides website analytics. Wistia hosts the videos. Email providers support booking and follow-up communications. Community links take you to Skool, where its own terms and privacy practices apply.

Where enabled, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn advertising tags receive website and campaign activity for advertising measurement. Advertising technology can constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without a payment for personal information. Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to turn off our optional browser advertising and analytics and to request broader privacy handling.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable protections. Providers may process information in countries different from yours. This notice does not replace their own policies or the terms of a separate client agreement.

Cookies, storage, and your choices

The site uses browser storage for session and campaign attribution and to remember a privacy choice. Advertising providers may set cookies. Optional browser analytics and advertising controlled by this site are suppressed when you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC). Wistia viewing-session tracking is disabled in the funnel video player.

Your browser choice applies on this browser and domain. It does not delete information already received, change settings on other devices, or stop the essential processing required by an embedded scheduling or video provider. We do not control cookies set on a provider's separate domain. Manage choices and make a request.

SMS, phone numbers, and consent

Forge AI System offers text updates about inquiries, appointments, and customer support. If you separately choose promotional texts, these may include Forge offers and service announcements. Entering a number, applying, or booking alone does not authorize recurring promotional texts. SMS participation is optional and is not required to purchase services.

For messaging, we process your number, messages, delivery records, and consent choices. We may retain the date, source, and wording of your opt-in and opt-out to document your preferences, resolve disputes, and prevent further messages after an unsubscribe request. Only opt into a program using a number you control.

Protection of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their advertising or promotions. SMS opt-in records and consent are excluded from all other sharing categories described in this policy and are never supplied to others for their own use. Service providers may process the minimum information needed on our behalf to deliver messages, maintain consent records, or provide customer support. They may not use it for their own marketing. The advertising disclosures elsewhere in this policy do not authorize sharing SMS consent or mobile information for advertising.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to the Forge number that sent a message to unsubscribe; you may receive a final confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance, or email harsh@forgesys.ai. Message frequency depends on your requests, appointments, and subscriptions. Your mobile plan's messaging and data charges may apply. See the SMS Messaging Terms for the program details. Email subscriptions can be ended separately through an unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the record's purpose, whether your inquiry or client relationship is active, service-provider settings, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period or that every provider uses the same retention settings.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We will not deny you the opportunity to inquire about our services because you make a privacy request.

Email harsh@forgesys.ai with the request and the email used for your inquiry. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We may need proportionate verification for access or deletion, but the browser opt-out does not require an account or identity verification. An authorized agent can contact the same address. We handle requests and applicable appeal rights under the law that applies to them; if you disagree with a response, reply requesting a review. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.

Audience and updates

This site and application are intended for adult business owners and professionals, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We may update this notice as our practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
