These terms cover your use of forgesys.ai, go.forgesys.ai, and their application and messaging services. Forge AI System, known publicly as The Forge, is operated by Harsh Patel. Questions can be sent to harsh@forgesys.ai.
Website and application
Use the site for lawful purposes and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or submit malicious content. You may view and share links to the public pages; copying or reselling Forge's original materials requires permission, except as permitted by law.
Applying is not a purchase
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a paid client engagement, guarantee acceptance, or authorize a charge. Published starting prices describe an offer, not a final scope. Any paid engagement requires separately agreed scope, pricing, payment terms, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation, and other service terms. Those agreed terms govern that engagement.
Bookings and third-party services
Use the links in your appointment confirmation to reschedule or cancel. If a link is unavailable, email us. Forms, calendars, video, and community features may be supplied by third parties and subject to their own terms. A community purchase or membership is governed by the terms shown when you join, not by an application for a Forge build.
Information and results
Site content is general business information. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect and requires appropriate human review. We do not promise particular revenue, savings, implementation speed, or business results. Availability and responsibilities
Website content and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete or current. These website terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or alter commitments in a signed service agreement.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program: Forge AI System SMS Updates. With your permission, we send texts about your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, and customer support. Promotional offers and service announcements require a separate marketing opt-in. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your selected consent determines the messages you receive; accepting these website terms alone does not subscribe you.
- Optional participation: You may decline texts and still submit an inquiry, book a call, or purchase services. Marketing consent is not a purchase requirement.
- Frequency and cost: Frequency varies with your activity and the program you choose. Forge does not charge a separate subscription fee for texts, but your carrier may charge for messages and data, including replies. Ask your carrier about your plan.
- Unsubscribe: Send STOP in reply to our sending number whenever you want to leave. Following a final unsubscribe confirmation, that program will stop texting you. To return, complete a new opt-in; a purchase or new application will not automatically restore consent.
- Help: Send HELP in reply, or contact harsh@forgesys.ai for support or assistance with an opt-out.
- Delivery: Availability depends on your device, carrier, and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texts for emergency or time-critical communications.
- Your number: Our business services are intended for adults. You must own the number or have authority to use it. Tell us if you give up or change that number so we can update your preferences.
- Privacy: Review our Privacy Policy and mobile-data protections. We do not provide mobile information or SMS consent to other businesses for their marketing.
We may revise or discontinue a messaging program. Material changes to its purpose require appropriate notice and new consent when required; policy updates do not expand an existing opt-in.
